To provide a quality education for students to develop intellectual skills for reading comprehension, selection and use of information, oral and written expression, and acquisition of mathematical reasoning to apply it in the solution of daily problems, as well as to inculcate basic scientific knowledge and fundamental values to understand the social and natural environment, preserve health and the environment, improve social coexistence, and enjoy the arts and physical exercise.

Providing deaf graduate students and free provision of classrooms for Vocational Education and Training activity for: Introduction to Android Programming for Deaf People. Further cooperation for future training programs.
